Intermediate Dance Workshop Program with Vincent PARODI at Clos des Capucins (Yenne) We will be around 60 dancers, mostly women! Clos des Capucins is a former convent surrounded by a large park, nestled in the heart of the Savoyard region. The welcome is warm, the rooms are comfortable, and the cuisine is varied and high quality. Dance classes and evening gatherings take place in the chapel of the Clos (with a wooden floor). As per our long-standing tradition, each participant brings a specialty from their region (solid or liquid, sweet or savory, store-bought or homemade!) to share during the evening gatherings or aperitifs. Workshop Schedule On the first day, we will welcome you from 2:00 PM for key distribution and stage payment. Dance will begin at 4:00 PM. On other days: Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Warm-up with Christiane: from 8:50 AM Dance: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Main class with Vincent Parodi) Lunch: 12:45 PM Workshop: 2:15 PM - 3:15 PM (with Amandine) Dance: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Main class with Vincent Parodi) Review of workshop dances with Amandine: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Relaxation time with Anaïs: 6:00 PM - 6:20 PM Aperitif: 7:00 PM Dinner: 7:30 PM Evening gathering: from 9:00 PM (Don't forget your sweet or savory specialties to nibble on or drink—and most importantly, to share!) Wednesday is a free afternoon! The workshop ends after breakfast on the last day (10:00 AM). What to Bring Dance shoes and sneakers (wooden floor in the dance hall) Earplugs—since it’s a dance workshop, evening gatherings can be late and lively! For the free afternoon: shoes and swimwear depending on your chosen activities (nap, sightseeing, swimming, hiking…) Video Recording: Throughout the workshop, a designated person will record all the dances, and you’ll receive the footage at the end. Once again this year, the Team Yenne will be there with you: Amandine, Anaïs, and Marcel! How to Get There? The nearest train station is Chambéry SNCF. If you need a ride, please notify us by email at least 10 days before the workshop begins. A contribution towards transport costs will be required. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, deposits will be fully refunded, except for management fees retained by the website, provided the cancellation occurs at least one month before the workshop date. If the cancellation happens between one month and 10 days before the session, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop, the full deposit will be retained. However, if you are replaced by someone from the waiting list, your deposit will, of course, be refunded.
