April Workshop at Confirmed Level with Accommodation in Double Rooms

April Advanced Dance Workshop Program with Vincent PARODI in Camplong d’Aude (11).

We will be approximately 60 dancers, primarily female!

The Paul Balmigère holiday village is located in the heart of the Corbières vineyards and at the foot of the sunny slopes of the Alaric mountain. In a friendly and flower-filled space, comfortable gites for 4 to 6 people are arranged like a little southern village (with its small squares, a pétanque court, etc.). It is highly appreciated for its calm and friendliness.

The dance hall is spacious and bright (no parquet floor). The cuisine, varied and homemade prepared by a local caterer, will delight your taste buds.

The nearest train station is Lézignan Corbières (14 km), and there is also an airport (Ryanair only) in Carcassonne (45km). We will organize transfers to the workshop location.

As per our ancient traditions, everyone brings a specialty from their region (solid and liquid, sweet or savory, bought or homemade!) for us to enjoy during the evenings or at the aperitifs. Fridges are available for our use.

Schedule of the workshop:

On the first day, we expect you from 2 p.m. for key collection and workshop payment. Dancing starts at 4 p.m.

Other days:
Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Dance: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Main class with Vincent Parodi
Lunch: 12:45 p.m.

Workshops: 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm with Amandine, Ariane, Vincent

Review of the workshop dances with Amandine or Ariane: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Relaxation time with Anaïs: 6 p.m. to 6:20 p.m.
Aperitif: 7 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m.
Evening gathering from 9 p.m. Remember your sweet, savory snacks to crunch or drink and especially to share!

Thursday is a free afternoon!
The workshop ends after breakfast on the last day (10 a.m.)!

Regarding the gites: sheets are provided but not towels!

Each gite consists of two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a lounge, an open kitchen, and a private terrace. We provide breakfast (buffet) in the dance hall from 8 a.m., but you are welcome to bring your own food and use the kitchen in your gite!

Please bring: Dance shoes, sneakers (dance hall with parquet floor) and your earplugs, as the evenings of a dance workshop can sometimes be late and noisy!

For the half-day off: bring shoes, swimsuits according to your choice of activities (nap, visits, swimming, walks...).

For the video: Throughout the workshop, a person we have informed will film all the dances of the program and send them to you at the end. For music and video files, you can download them directly via a link sent by email at the end of the workshop.

This year again, Team Yenne will be with you: Amandine and Ariane (workshop, dance reviews, evening entertainment), Anaïs (logistics, warm-up, relaxation, etc.), and Marcel for logistics and the aperitif, of course 😉

How to get there?

· The nearest SNCF train station is Lézignan Corbières (connections from Narbonne or Carcassonne).

If you need to be picked up, please inform us 10 days before the start of the workshop by email. A contribution to the costs will be requested. We group arrivals at Lézignan station, between 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., thank you for your patience. For departures, we ask you to take trains from 10:30 a.m. at Lézignan station, giving you time to pack your suitcase and return the keys, and for us to drive you to the station.

· To come to Camplong d’Aude by car:

Take the highway exit n°25 (Lézignan Corbières) then follow the direction of Fabrezan (cross the village) D212, then take the direction of Camplong d’Aude on the right D114. In the village of Camplong, follow the signs for the restaurant du Clos de Mauzac (the holiday village is right next to it).
