The workshop in detail
Program of the October Moderato dance course with Vincent PARODI at the Clos des Capucins (Yenne).
This course is at MODERATO level: participants are expected to know the basic steps of Israeli dance and to have one year of regular practice. These are therefore not beginner courses, but intermediate ones where we take the time to learn and review.
During this course, we will offer 2 sessions of "2 workshops / 2 rhythms"! While Vincent teaches a workshop of new dances, Amandine will run a "gentle" workshop, as she calls it, in another room at the same time!
We will welcome you at the Clos des Capucins, a former convent surrounded by a large park, nestled in the heart of the Savoyard foothills. The welcome is very warm, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is varied and of high quality. We dance in the former chapel, which has been renovated and has a floor that is lovely to dance on.
Daily schedule:
On the first day, arrival from 2:00 pm for key handover and payment of the course fee. We start dancing at 4:00 pm.
On the other days:

Breakfast: 7:30 am to 9 am

Dance: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, main class with Vincent Parodi

Lunch: 12:45 pm
Dance:

2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Class 1 with Vincent, Amandine, or Anaïs

3:30 pm to 4:30 pm: Class 2 with Vincent, Amandine, or Anaïs

5 pm to 6 pm: Review of the dances learned during the course, with Amandine or Vincent

6 pm to 6:20 pm: Relaxation with Anaïs

Aperitif: 7 pm

Dinner: 7:30 pm

Evening from 9 pm
The workshop ends after breakfast on the last day (10 am)!
What to pack:
Your sweet and savory specialties, to nibble on or drink, and above all to share, to brighten up our breaks, our aperitifs and our late-night snacks.
Dance shoes and earplugs: as this is a dance course, the evenings can sometimes run late and get noisy!
About the video:
The dances learned will be filmed during the course. At the end, you will receive a link or a QR code to download the videos and music for free.
Once again this year, we'll be joined by:
Amandine (workshop, dance reviews, evening activities), Anaïs (general organization, workshops, relaxation, etc.) and Marcel for logistics and, of course, the aperitif!

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded in full, except for the administrative fees retained by the website, up to one month before the workshop date. If the cancellation occurs between one month and 10 days before the session, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If it occurs less than 10 days before the workshop, the full amount will be due. However, if you are replaced by someone from the waiting list, your deposit will of course be refunded.
