Confirmed Workshop in Double Room in Camplong

Program for the dance workshops with Vincent PARODI in Camplong d’Aude (11):

We will be around 60 dancers, mostly women!

The Paul Balmigère holiday village is located in the heart of the Corbières vineyards and at the foot of the sunny slopes of the Montagne d’Alaric. In a friendly and flowery space, comfortable cottages for 4 to 6 people are spread out like a small southern village (with its squares, its pétanque court...). Highly appreciated for its calm and conviviality.

The dance hall is spacious and bright (no parquet floor). The cuisine, varied and homemade, prepared by a local caterer, will delight your taste buds.

The nearest train station is Lézignan Corbières (14 km) and there is also an airport (Ryanair only) in Carcassonne (45 km). We will organize transportation to the workshop location.

According to our ancestral traditions, everyone brings a specialty from their region (solid and liquid, sweet or savory, bought or homemade!) that we will have the pleasure of tasting during the evenings or aperitifs. Fridges are at our disposal.

Workshop Schedule:

On the first day, we will be waiting for you from 2 PM for key handover and payment. The dance starts at 4 PM.

On other days:

• Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9 AM.

• Dance: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM - Main workshop with Vincent Parodi.

• Lunch: 12:45 PM.

• Dance Workshops (thematic): 2:30 PM to 5 PM.

• Revision of the workshop dances: 5 PM to 6 PM.

• Relaxation time with Anaïs: 6 PM to 6:15 PM.

• Aperitif: 7 PM.

• Dinner: 7:30 PM.

• Evening entertainment starting at 9 PM. Please bring your sweet and savory specialties to share!

Thursday is a free afternoon!

The workshop ends after breakfast on the last day (10 AM)!

Note regarding the cottages: Bed linens are provided, but not towels! The cottage consists of two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with an open equipped kitchen and a private terrace. We provide breakfast (buffet) in the dance hall starting at 8 AM, but if you prefer, you can bring your own food and use your cottage's kitchen!

What to bring: Dance shoes, tennis shoes (the dance hall has a wooden floor), and earplugs, as dance workshops can sometimes have late and noisy evenings!

For the free half-day: Bring shoes and swimsuits according to your activity choices (nap, visits, swimming, walks...).

For the video: Throughout the workshop, a person we have informed will film all the dances in the program and will send them to you at the end of the workshop via a link for music and video files.

This year again, the Yenne Team will be there with you: Amandine (workshop, dance revision, evening animations), Anaïs (organization, warm-up, relaxation, etc.), and Marcel for logistics and aperitifs, of course! 😉

How to get there?

• The nearest SNCF train station is Lézignan Corbières (connections from Narbonne or Carcassonne).

• If you need to be picked up, please let us know 10 days before the start of the workshop by email. A contribution to the expenses will be requested. We group arrivals at Lézignan station between 12 PM and 2:30 PM, thank you for your patience. For departures, we ask you to take trains from Lézignan station starting at 10:30 AM, which gives you time to pack your bags, return the keys, and for us to drive you to the station.

• To come to Camplong d’Aude by car: Take the highway exit n°25 (Lézignan Corbières) and then follow the direction of Fabrezan (cross the village) D212, then take the direction Camplong d’Aude on the right D114. In the village of Camplong, follow the signs for the Clos de Mauzac restaurant (the holiday village is located right next door).
